The FDA has once again turned its attention to "HCG" and has now banned HCG altogether. With heavy hearts we are sad to say that soon we will no longer be selling Perfect Form. We will however be able to sell until our supply runs out. In December 2011 when the demand for homeopathic "HCG" began to rise because of the FDA ban, most companies raised their prices. We did just the opposite in order to provide the opportunity for people to get what they needed before it became unavailable. We would like to provide this opportunity one last time.
